Superseding All Prior City Council Resolutions — Effective March 2026

Owning a commercial property in New Callisto means you agree to everything below and any subsequent Resolutions and Ordinances posted in the Discord linked at the bottom of the page.

Ownership Qualifications

New owners must be individuals with a responsive discord account and in good standing.

New Callisto Property Trust

Upon ownership of a new property, deposit 60 diamonds into Monument Bank account HS-7502. Cash deposits are available for a 10 diamond fee.

A 10 diamond registration fee is deducted from this deposit paid to the City. The remaining is invested into a Council-operated investment trust. When you sell or transfer ownership, you receive your proportional share of the Trust's total value at that time directly.

Property Standards

These are the only fineable offenses:

• At least one stocked shop chest at all times with public accessibility.
• Complete, updated registry information and a reinforced glowing sign or hanging sign on the IF-CapitalBuilder group near shop entrance with: shop name, address, and coordinates.

Fine Structure

• 10d — initial fine upon notice (waived if addressed within 24 hours)
• 30d — if not fixed within a week of notice
• 50d — accruing weekly thereafter, potential forfeiture

Fines are automatically deducted from your Property Trust deposit. Failure to replenish deposit balance more than a month prior to sale forfeits remaining deposit upon sale.

Bounty

Any property owner can report a violation to a city official. If confirmed and still present after 24 hours, the reporter gets half of any recovered fine.

Sublease & Subdivision

Owners are responsible for tenants. Fines are applied to owners. No subdivision or partial sales of properties. Properties may be combined with council approval.

Eminent Domain

The Council may seize commercial property. Compensation is either cash value based on comparables, or an alternative commercial property.

Communication

All time periods are activated via Discord ping. If no direct Discord is deliverable, notifications are publicly posted in the New Callisto City Council Channel.
